Can I still order a Ripper Box if I live in WA or TAS?

Yes of course! Due to the WA & TAS restrictions, your box will not include treats, however we will substitute treats with a shredding/foraging toy of the same value. - This is automatic when you order from WA or TAS. You do not need to do anything when ordering.

Can I change how often I receive my box?

Yes you can by logging into your account on our website. Under your details their is a subscription link in which you can see all current subscriptions. At the top where it says "Subscription" Their is now a edit feature where you will be able to click and choose to repeat every month or bi-monthly.

When Do I receive my Ripper Monthly Box?

Our Parrot Ripper boxes ship on or around the 15th of each month. If this date falls on a weekend or public holiday, your box will be shipped on the following business day.

Will I be charged twice if I order before the billing cycle starts?

No, If your first order is made between the 1st and 10th of the month, it will skip the billing cycle for that month, but your order will be shipped on the next following shipment date on the 15th. For new customers who order after the shipment date but before the 1st of the following month, you'll receive the current month's box, and your billing cycle will commence on the 10th of the following month.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are on a month to month or bi-monthly you can cancel anytime. If you agree to a 6 month or 12 month subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period. We do not do offer refunds on an already sent box. To cancel your subscription, log into your account here.

Can I cancel my subscription box if I am on a 6 or 12 month commitment plan?

Yes, you can cancel your plan. However, if you wish to cancel before the end of your commitment period, please contact us directly. You will be required to pay the difference from your original discounted price prior to cancellation.

What happens if I want to continue my box after the commitment period has ended?

Your subscription will not cancel out after your commitment plan has ended. If you would like to continue with your subscription box you do not need to do anything. If you don't want to continue after the commitment plan has ended you can cancel at any time after your commitment plan has finished. If you would like to cancel before the commitment plan has ended please read Q6 above.

What do I do if I have put the wrong shipping address in at checkout?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong and/or missing part of your shipping address details. So we can update your shipping details before your order is sent.

What Happens if my order is already sent but with the wrong address?

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again before your order can be re-sent.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Do you offer in-store pick up?

Yes we do, you can order online and choose the option for local pick-up at check out. Orders are usually ready for pick up within 24hrs.

How do I know if my order is ready for pick up?

When your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you by email.

Please call or reply to email to organise a time for pick-up as we are currently by appointment only.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 3-15 business days from fulfilment for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within 15 business days please content us.

When will my order be shipped?

Same day shipping applies on all orders placed before 12pm. If you order after 12pm your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note during high demand seasons sometimes we may be a little delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can; all orders come with tracking. You can check the status of your order here using tracking no. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Can I cancel my order before it has been fulfilled/sent?

Yes you can, please note we only offer store credit or exchange for change of mind. We can not refund cancelled orders regardless of when you ordered.

Can I cancel my order after it has been fulfilled/sent?

No, orders can not be cancelled during the shipping process. Once you receive your order, you will need to send it back at your own expense for a store credit. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs. Items must be received back unopened and in good condition to be considered for store credit.

What are the Prohibited items that cannot be sent to Western Australia and Tasmania?

Please note some items can not be sent to Western Australia and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. If you order prohibited products to be sent to either Western Australia or Tasmania these items will be cancelled from the order. Please note a $5 administration fee is payable for processing the refund which will be deducted from the amount refundable. Prohibited items are clearly stated on each relevant product name.
